Why #GOAL225

I’m often in my bubble, and do what I want when I want. If I feel like going to the gym, I go. If I don’t, I stay home. Plain and simple! Looking back, besides occasional back pain, I should have been able to reach my goal. And I wondered how things could’ve been different. What if, on the days I didn’t feel like it I had seen a text, pictures, video, check-ins, thumbs up about others getting their workout done? It could’ve motivated me to do the same! Motivation from people you know with normal life, career and day to day responsibilities. Peers support.

I want to create peer support. It won’t be about training 5 times a week for 2 hours or how much weight you can lose in 2 weeks, although if you do it’s great. It will be about how to become healthier and more active in our individual way!

We will start with 4 weeks and take it from there!

Thank you for all of you who reached out via messengers, I’m truly looking forward!

I know it’s been a long time… But I’m back and let’s motivate each others. Who is in?

They say it takes a village to raise a kid. Than a community will, for sure help to get healthier! I had a goal to train 225 times this year. I’m currently at 162 of 225, I won’t make it alone.

That’s why I’m reaching out and asking for your help.
For the next four weeks, I invite you to login your workouts with #goal225 Whether you do Yoga, Pilates, cycling, 4min HIIT, Weightlifting, walkin, running, any physical activity is good. You pick what is best and, let us know! #goal225

Come and join us here!

At the end of part the four weeks there will be a few surprises!

5 Tips To Keep Your Skin Healthy

1. Flush out those toxins
-Drink at least eight glasses (2 litres) of water every day.

2. Wear sunscreen
-Will prevent the early onset of aging and eliminate any further sun damage.

3. Exfoliate
-The key to a hydrated and blemish free complexion is exfoliating away dead skin cells.

4. Don’t stress!
-Don’t feel bad to take some R and R time. Rest band relax. Stress can make your skin dull and trigger breakouts.

5. Add Super foods to your diet!
-If your diet consists of highly processed and junk foods you probably have a dull and lacklustre complexion. Opt for foods high in essential fatty acids and Omega-3’s (such as berries, wild salmon and spinach) for guaranteed complexion perfection.
